Training Programme on Effective Communication and Professional Representation on the Journey to Net Zero Successfully Held
Within the scope of the “Türkiye’s Net Zero Emission Target: Road Map for Transport” Project, the 13th Training Module was held on 18-19 August 2026 under the title “Effective Communication and Professional Representation on the Journey to Net Zero”. The two-day programme covered clarity in spoken communication, professional impact and first impressions, body language and voice, message design, preparation for stakeholder meetings, storytelling, rhetoric, persuasion, negotiation and the management of difficult questions.
Delivered by Mona Altundemir, the training combined concise theoretical input with case analysis, group work, role-play, meeting simulations, practical speaking exercises and structured feedback. It aimed to strengthen project stakeholders’ and public-sector representatives’ ability to communicate technical and strategic information clearly and confidently to different audiences and to engage professionally in meetings and negotiations.
